그림_James Tissot

 오르셰 미술관에서 처음 아래에 있는 The Ball이란 작품으로 James Tissot의 이름을 처음 대했다.   노란색이라는 표현이 무색해지는 화려한 드레스의 여인과 백발의 신사가 참 인상적이었다.   나중에  인터넷으로 접한 그의 작품들은 마치 영화의 스틸컷을 보고 있는 듯한 느낌이다.   뛰어난 이야기꾼이라면 작품 하나마다 제목과 연관시키면 한 편의 소설이나 영화를 충분히 만들어 낼 수 있을 것 같다.
